I bought this post card in Palolem, Goa, without even knowing what it actually represented. The back says that it's a temple shop in Gokarna, Karnataka, India. Gokarna is one of the holiest cities in India, where hindus make pilgrimages. We were there on our previous trip to India and I absolutely loved it.

"Mojeri" is the traditional Indian shoe. This postcard shows a shoe shop in Rajastan.

Jaisalmer Fort

This fort is unusual in that people still live inside it's walls today.

Another postcard from Jaisalmer. The Fort looks like a sand castle...so magical.

Patwon-ki-haveli

Another postcard that I bought in Jaisalmer, Rajastan, India. This is the most famous house (haveli) in Jaisalmer. It's pretty amazing on the inside too. I was blown away by the architecture in Jaisalmer: it's like lace carved out of stone.

A postcard that I bought from Jaisalmer, Rajastan. We were planning on going on a camel safari to the desert, but I had a slight case of "Delhi belly" so we had to skip it this time. We'll go next time for sure...

This is the other side of the napkin.
